Arthur's Jewelers will stand behind every piece of diamond jewelry we sell by guaranteeing its quality for life. Arthur's will replace any diamond, which, in normal use: chips, cracks, or separates from its mounting and is lost, with a diamond of equal value for the purchaser's lifetime, provided the diamond and mounting have been cleaned and checked every 6 months. The inspection must be verified by an authorized representative of Arthur's Jewelers by a receipt given at the time of inspection. It is the purchaser's responsibility to have the most recent inspection receipt with the lifetime warranty booklet in case such loss described above has occurred.
The lifetime warranty will be considered invalid should the article of jewelry be worked on by another jeweler other than Arthur's Jewelers or if the item has not been cleaned and inspected in the past 6 months by an authorized representative of Arthur's Jewelers. We may recommend replacing/repairing a prong and/or other parts of the mounting in order to eliminate the possibility of loss of any diamond. In the event that such repair or replacement is required, such as replacing worn prongs, you will be charged a nominal fee. Your jewelry will need maintenance over time. If the customer chooses not to have the required repair done at the time it is recommended, the lifetime warranty will be void. The lifetime warranty does not apply to or cover accidental loss, neglect, or theft of the diamond and mounting. We urge you to insure your jewelry for casualty loss and abuse. We support Jeweler's Mutual Personal Jewelry Policies through our store.
