There is a $10 charge for shipping Gold Roses. The Gold Roses are sent via UPS Ground.

UPS 2 day - Arrives within two business days after shipping from Arthur's. This service is free.
UPS 3 day – Arrives within three business days after shipping from Arthur’s. This service is free.
UPS Ground - Usually arrives one to six business days after shipping from Arthur's. This service is free.
United States Post Office-Priority mail -Usually arrives within four business days after shipping from Arthur's. This service is free of charge.
United States Post Office-Registered Insured mail- Usually arrives within six to eight business days after shipping from Arthur's. This is a very secure way to ship high value items.
Shipping to Alternate Address
Each Arthur’s Jewelers shipment is fully insured and will require a signature upon delivery. Since a signature will be required, orders may be delivered to your place of work, or another more convenient destination. In order to protect our clients against fraud, these alternative addresses will be confirmed with your credit card or financing company. To help expedite your order, simply call your issuing bank and provide them with your alternate shipping address.
P.O. Boxes
The insurance Arthur’s Jewelers carries on all of our shipments prevents us from shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please include a street address for delivery.
Shipping to APO & FPO addresses
Because APO & FPO orders must be processed through the military postal service, it may take your package a bit more time to arrive.
Signature Requirements for Delivery
We require a signature for delivery. UPS cannot honor a signature wavier for any purchase over $100. If your delivery is over $100 you must sign for the delivery. Waivers you have with UPS may affect this signature requirement. These requirements are for your protection. You will receive a purchase confirmation via email once your credit card information has been verified and authenticated.
You can expect our in stock items to ship the same or next day.
Special orders do not ship same day. They can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered.

Policy on Debit Cards: A debit card is treated differently than a credit card by your bank. A debit card is much like a credit card in that it may display a credit card company logo, like Visa or MasterCard, but a charge to your debit card uses funds directly from your bank account. The biggest difference is that your bank may institute a daily charge limit on your debit card. If the price of your order exceeds a daily limit set on your debit card we will notify you, as this will prohibit us from processing your order. As an alternative, you can: Contact your bank before you make your purchase and request a one-time waiver of the daily charge limit.
