Shipping Methods and Payment Options

Shipping Methods: You will receive a purchase confirmation via email once your credit card information has been verified. You can expect many of our in stock items* to ship the same or next day. Shipping is FREE.  Rose Shipments are $10 and sent UPS ground. We use the following shipping partners depending on the destination and order value. UPS Overnight –Arrives next business day after shipping from Arthur's. UPS 2 day -Arrives within two business days after shipping from Arthur's. This service is free of charge. UPS Ground -Usually arrives one to six business days after shipping from Arthur's. This service is free of charge. United States Post Office-Priority mail -Usually arrives within four business days after shipping from Arthur's. This service is free of charge. United States Post Office-Registered Insured mail- Usually arrives within six to eight business days after shipping from Arthur's. This is a very secure way to ship high value items. All items must be signed for at point of destination. UPS cannot honor a signature wavier for any purchase over $100. If your delivery is over $100 you must sign for the delivery. UPS will require a signature for any purchase unless you have a signature wavier on file with them. If you have a signature waiver on file with them you should choose an alternate address for shipment. Special orders and non-stock items do not ship same day Special orders can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered   Payment Options: For your convenience, we offer the following payment methods. Paypal Credit Cards: Use your American Express, MasterCard, Visa, or Discover Card. GE financing: In-Store, receive instant financing for any purchase. Policy on Debit Cards: A debit card is treated differently than a credit card by your bank. A debit card is much like a credit card in that it may display a credit card company logo, like Visa or MasterCard, but a charge to your debit card uses funds directly from your bank account. The biggest difference is that your bank may institute a daily charge limit on your debit card. If the price of your order exceeds a daily limit set on your debit card we will notify you, as this will prohibit us from processing your order. As an alternative, you can: Contact your bank before you make your purchase and request a one-time waiver of the daily charge limit.
