	So youre looking for an engagement ring - a process that I was afraid would be nerve racking, arduous, and even embarrassing. Well, my wife and I went to Arthur’s for the first time in July of 2005 (during the ring search). Our stop by rather spontaneous, we were just passing by and decided to pop in. We were blown away. It was about 10 minutes before the store closed and Mrs. Nogai (one of the owners) asked if she could help us. We told her we were looking for an engagement ring, but weren’t really sure what we were doing… She spent a full hour with us - but not showing us rings. She walked us through the process of buying a ring, brought us through an AWESOME diamond tutorial, and let us know what to look out for when we really get shopping. I’m sure she would have stayed for hours while we shopped, but we felt really bad so we agreed to stop back the next day. Well my girlfriend (now wife) found a beautiful ring by Christopher designs and I picked an unbelievable Star 129 diamond for it. She gets compliments on the ring weekly (seriously) and has been since the day she put it on. The diamond is blinding, and the ring has the unbelievable fantasy (kite cut) diamonds on the side of it that I’ve never seen anywhere else (and its amazing how you start paying attention to those things once you get engaged). I was astonished by the level of attention given by every team member at the store and because I was already looking for an engagement ring, I decided to take a look there.
