Each Arthur’s Jewelers shipment is fully insured and will require a signature upon delivery. Since a signature is required, orders may be delivered to your place of work or another more convenient destination. In order to protect our clients against fraud, these alternate addresses need to be confirmed with your credit card or financing institution. To help expedite your order, simply call your issuing bank and provide them with your alternate address.
The insurance Arthur’s Jewelers carries on all of our shipments prevents us from shipping to Post Office boxes. Please include a street address for delivery.
Since APO and FPO orders must be processed through the military postal service, it may take a bit more time for your package to arrive.
We require a signature for delivery. UPS cannot honor a signature waiver for any purchase over $100 and you must sign if your delivery is over $100. Waivers you have with UPS may affect this signature requirement. These requirements are designed for your protection so if you would like to arrange delivery to a UPS location, call one of our customer service agents at 888-405-4343.
You will receive a purchase confirmation via e-mail once your credit card information has been verified and authenticated. You can expect our in-stock items to ship the same or next day. Special orders require additional time for processing and cannot ship same day. You can expect your special order to arrive in 4 to 6 weeks.
