We’ve added measures and protocols to keep our stores, cases, and jewelry cleaned and sanitized. We are taking extra precautions, in addition to those set by local governments, to ensure our employees and customers have a safe shopping experience.
Physical Distancing: We are taking added measures like a one-way traffic pattern, directional signage on the floor, limiting the number of people in our store, and specific standing areas in our store to help our employees and customers safely continue social distancing.
Facility Management: We have readily available supplies such as soap, disinfectants, hand sanitizer, face masks, gloves, no-touch thermometers and more to protect the health and safety of our team members.
Enhanced Cleaning: New disinfection and cleaning schedules for common areas, shared spaces, high-traffic and high-touch items.
Visual Prompts and Signage: Abundant signage, guidance, and training for new practices will be posted throughout the store as our continued commitment to working safely together.
Commitment to Safety: We continue to monitor real-time guidance to ensure the safety of our teams, clients and community.
For Customers: For everyone’s safety, we are requiring all employees and customers to wear a cloth facial covering or mask that covers the mouth and nose at all times while at Arthur's Jewelers store. This requirement does not apply to children under the age of 2 or to individuals who are unable to wear a face mask due to an underlying medical condition. If you forget your mask at home, don’t worry, we’ll have one for you to use and take home with you. While we know that requiring our customers to wear cloth face coverings might not be the normal procedure in your area and some could find this unpleasant or even disagree with the policy, we believe this is the right thing to do. We are a family business, and our employees and customers are part of that family. Making sure that we offer a safe shopping experience for all is vital, and we believe that wearing a cloth face covering protects you and those around you. Ultimately, we want you to feel safe and comfortable shopping with us. Hand sanitizer will be available for you to use before and after you try on jewelry, and we will also have gloves if requested for jewelry try-on as well. Our jewelry is fully sanitized before and after every use. In addition to our store being open, we will also be offering scheduled in-store appointments for one-on-one time, still 6 feet apart, with one of our expert jewelry consultants.
