If an item(s) from a purchase over $1,000 is returned, and the remaining value of the purchase is less than $1,000, then the lab diamond earrings must be returned. If the offered jewelry has already been shipped to a purchaser at the time of such return, then the purchaser must ship the offered jewelry back to Arthur's Jewelers or its retail value will be deducted from any refund.
