Arthur's highly recommends insuring all purchases from Arthur’s Jewelers. It’s a small price to pay for the security of your jewelry. Your policy should include insurance for gemstones and diamonds against loss, theft, damage, and mysterious disappearance. Ask your insurance agent to quote the policy without a deductible and with the above coverage. The going rate for jewelry insurance is approximately $1.00 to $1.50 per hundred. To calculate the annual premium, take the appraised value of the jewelry and multiply it by the rate and then divide it by 100. Example (appraised value $10,000 X $1.50 = $15,000 Divide by 100 = $150 per year). If you are not completely satisfied —for any reason —you may receive a full refund within 30 days of purchase date, as long as the merchandise is in its original condition and has not been worked on by any other jeweler outside of Arthur’s Jewelers. You may also exchange the merchandise for full credit towards another purchase.

Contact our Customer Service department at 888-405-4343. Advise the representative that you wish to return your order. Once you receive your Return Authorization Number (RA#), place your item in its original box and include everything that was included when you received it. Carefully and securely package it and take it to the nearest Post Office. Insure your item for its full retail value, and simply mail it back to us registered mail. All refunds will be processed within two weeks and issued in the same payment method as the original purchase. Bank wires will be refunded by company check.
IMPORTANT: Please do not ship any package to Arthur’s Jewelers without first obtaining a valid RA#, and insuring it for the total retail value. Please call (888) 405-4343 to obtain a RA #.
The only exception to our return policy is for items that are custom made for the wearer, which is known as a "Special Order." Such items include eternity bands and designer mountings. A Special Order is any item not currently "in stock" that is ordered per your request.
Please ask about our AAA member savings. To receive this discount, we simply ask you to show us your AAA card. This discount does not apply to Designer jewelry.
Each article of jewelry purchased through Arthur’s Jewelers arrives with a jewelry box for its precious safekeeping and presentation.
Although we make every effort to keep our online inventory up to date, it is possible for a loose diamond to be sold before we are able to remove it from the website. In the unlikely event that this happens and you purchase a diamond that has become unavailable, we will immediately contact you and give you the option to either order a similar diamond or cancel the order.
Management makes every attempt to ensure that our online catalog is accurate and comprehensive. In the event an item is listed with an inaccurate description or incorrect price due to data entry or system error, we reserve the right to correct any and all errors and cancel any orders placed for the item listed at the incorrect price or with the inaccurate description. All items listed on our website are subject to availability. Due to the high volume of orders we receive, items may be sold before we are able to update our website. We make every effort to keep our inventory up-to-date and accurate. Occasionally, an item's price can change without notice due to the fluctuating metal and diamond market. In those cases, we reserve the right to modify the price of the sale or void it completely if the customer doesn't want to purchase at the new price. In addition, it is also possible for an item to become unavailable before we get a chance to remove it from our website. If this happens, we reserve the right to void the sale.
At Arthur's, we offer lifetime buy back program for your center diamond. If, at any time, you would like to sell back your center diamond to us for a cash value, you may bring your diamond in for us to evaluate and make you an offer. The setting is treated as a salvage value and is determined by the current metal market for value. Arthur's will need the original diamond grading report(s) and it must be returned in reusable condition. If you do not have the original, or it has been damaged, Arthur's will reprint it for a nominal fee. The buy back is only valid to original owner(s) and is non-transferable to a third party. Must have original proof of purchase or valid identification to prove original ownership.
